I haven’t decided to actually hire however they have been outstanding at answering my concerns for a custody case. I’m presently still absorbing all his you tube videos pertaining to mother custody rights Our situation is unique as father has never met his 5 yr old daughter Bc I filed an increase of support he decides to object & wants to begin a relationship Scared my child will be forced to visit w/complete stranger

*The other reviews you see are fake* I was absolutely taken advantage of and currently have a separate attorney involved because of how this case was handled and billed. Unless you have the money and desire to be MARKEDLY overbilled for a motion that the attorney NEVER FILED WITH THE COURT steer clear. The way this case was handled has serious implications for my custody agreement and my son. I was billed 1hr for a 6 minute phone call, 30m for a 4 minute phone call. Not bundled charge. 1hr charge for just the phone call, plus additional charges for the "services" afterwards. I was never able to get in touch with a senior attorney. This girl is new, they told me the senior attorney above her was busy and he'd call back, multiple times. Client services agreed to a refund, to cancel my orig8nal paid in full invoice, refund, and send me a new invoice. Now trying to collect on the new invoice without ever refunding. It is insane. Do. Not. Do. It.

Do not recommend. Highly over priced. Spent almost $17,000 in just over a month. Got absolutely nothing accomplished. Had to higher another attorney. Be careful they will just charge your card without any prior authorization and will continue charging your card even though you email and call them. RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE OTHER THAN GOLAMAN AND ASSOCIATES.

I called and the secretary picked up and they set an appointment that afternoon, they never called. I called back around the same time they were and she gives me another appointment an hour later says they will call you, I wait again. I call the next day, I spoke to a lawyer and he told me that I spoke to somebody already and that counts as the consultation. I thought a consultation was a one on one with the lawyer not the receptionist who doesn't know law. But I don't know. Just putting my experience.

When my girlfriend Kylee first spoke with Goldman & Associates, she was told by the gentleman selling us on the firm that her divorce would cost "About $5000, unless it goes to trial" and I was prepared to see the costs go a little over that. So far, we have paid over $10,000, and the firm just quit on us once the case was set for trial. On top of that, after draining us for every penny they could, the firm has taken an absurdly aggressive "we'll sue you if you don't sign this paperwork to let us withdraw" with their decision to abandon us right before trial. Attorneys Glaza and Rana are great. If you ever see them on their own firm you should definitely work with them. Unless you value being robbed and threatened by the largest thugs in the legal business, I highly recommend taking your case to a different law firm.
