Paid this firm 12.000 for the attorney to not even know when the court dates were. So I ended up settling out of court just to see my child. Because my ex took him for 6 months with no custody order. Goldman was no help to us whatsoever except the steal our money.
Seek representation elsewhere I spent around $15,000 on their representation and it would be one thing if we lost the case but that wasn't what happened, they failed to even file the paperwork right to set up a court hearing. so I spent $15,000 to get a hearing date that i never got, because they fail to file in a timely manner, and then once you fire their attorney they send you a bill for $400 to sign a paper saying they are fired. seek representation elsewhere save your money. They may be great people and this may have just been a bad couple of months for them, but in my experience very poor performance over all. Also I have the I have the court document and invoice to prove I am not slanting the facts Hopefully their business practices improve in the future.
These people are why God created Hell. They are they pad their bills. Refuse to give communications. I will be filing a comlaint and hiring another lawyer to sue them. They lied and do not represtent your needs. Do not use them. They actually mocked my custody situation. Refused to communicat with other law firm so they could drag out the suit and make more money. This place stole almost 10 grand from me, didn’t do anything for me AT ALL. Adjournments and delays, nothing was done. My lawyer was extremely negligent. Part of my case was increasing child support and my lawyer managed to have it decreased. Hiring this law firm ruined my life, messed up my case horribly, and then they withdrew leaving me literally STRANDED. Also billing department is borderline harassing. I worked with fanfan he is one of the worst lawyers I have ever worked with. I called this place they charged me $200dollar just to talk to someone to see if they would take my case. Then they said yes thier take my case but I need it filed before Dec. I sent them the $3500 retainer the same day. Now this all is happening at the end of September. Now they know I already have a 50/50 court order saying when I get to call the kids and everything. I found out my ex wife put her new bf on my kids school paperwork as they dad. I tell this Attorney I want the kids for the summer but if I could get them outright great. He then tells me I need to get my name on the kids paperwork at school now guess what once that happens I can't use it in my case. This guy is the worst if you get a sign him leave because he charged me the hold retainer plus for 11 hrs of writing paperwork he messed up on and charge to current it. Fanfan had to cheat the bar because no one should be that useless.
Do not use! You have to get another lawyer after to sue them. Liars and a scam to run up the bill. You will regret the day you called them. Mocked me to my face. Evil people.
They do not represent you. They will bill you. Unethical group. I gave multiple ways to settle the case early. They stretched the case out longer then they needed to, to extend the billing. They did not offer advice when asked. left me vulnerable to physical abuse.

The only thing goldman is intrested is how to milk their clients. He said i will get alimony from my husband and in the middle of the procedure changed his stance and told me i wont get anything. I lost the case and $18K which i cant afford to pay, took personal loan to pay him. He charges $350 for filing document that i dropped in his office. Charges $370 for replying 1 line in email. He charged $1250 in a week doing nothing. No paperwork or communication. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER EVER
