Our Firm focuses on Protecting the Futures of Teens and Young Adults who get in trouble with the law. We primarily represent people in their teens and twenties, with pending felonies, misdemeanors, traffic or juvenile court matters.

The Ghanouni Teen & Young Adult Defense Firm has a focus in one area of law: criminal defense, with an additional focus on representing people between the ages of thirteen and twenty-five.

At the Ghanouni Teen & Young Adult Defense Firm we know from personal experience that teens and young adults do not always make decisions with their futures in mind. We also know that sometimes these decisions lead to bad things happening, like getting arrested.

We don't have a one size fits all solution for your problems. We recognize that the impacts of being accused of a crime are different for every person, depending on their situation and their goals. We spend the time to learn how your legal issue is affecting you and your family.

We are dedicated to minimizing the impact that the criminal process has on your life while your case is ongoing, at the same time making sure you understand the process and your options. We are also dedicated to minimizing the impact this situation has on your future by understanding your goals and priorities.

As a parent, who ever dreams they would one day be needing the expertise of a legal defense team for their teenager? Not I! However, that was my unfortunate yet fortunate task! Unfortunate that my son made a simple mistake that with a less experienced attorney, could have resulted in my "first time traffic offender" son going to jail. Fortunate, that I interviewed Ghanouni's Defense team and stopped looking for the right attorney after that! the best outcome was achieved! And No record!

Although I thought the price was high at first, when I look at the results of my sons case it was the best fees I could have spent to get the results i got. Several of the people in front of my sons case received jail time, With the help of Barry we only received 6 months of probation for a teenage super speeder ticket. Thanks again for your help.
