Our Firm focuses on Protecting the Futures of Teens and Young Adults who get in trouble with the law. We primarily represent people in their teens and twenties, with pending felonies, misdemeanors, traffic or juvenile court matters.

The Ghanouni Teen & Young Adult Defense Firm has a focus in one area of law: criminal defense, with an additional focus on representing people between the ages of thirteen and twenty-five.

At the Ghanouni Teen & Young Adult Defense Firm we know from personal experience that teens and young adults do not always make decisions with their futures in mind. We also know that sometimes these decisions lead to bad things happening, like getting arrested.

We don't have a one size fits all solution for your problems. We recognize that the impacts of being accused of a crime are different for every person, depending on their situation and their goals. We spend the time to learn how your legal issue is affecting you and your family.

We are dedicated to minimizing the impact that the criminal process has on your life while your case is ongoing, at the same time making sure you understand the process and your options. We are also dedicated to minimizing the impact this situation has on your future by understanding your goals and priorities.

Hired Attorney Paul Ghanouni

Paul Ghanouni was my defense attorney many years ago. I haven’t given him the credit & recognition he greatly deserves. In 2013, Ghanouni was my appointed to represent me for my 2nd DUI. In Cherokee County your looking at an intense Drug Court program for 2 years. I shared my experience with my past criminal behavior, my upbringing and my most difficult challenges and most importantly my goals. He in turn did something I’ve never known a court appointed lawyer to care as much as he did. you stand before. He explained that with the information I share with the judge that I shared with him This Cherokee County Judge sentenced me with stipulations and conditions that helped pave my path to Living My Best Life. 10 years later and I could never have imagined my life would have been this Great 10 years later. It’s because of you Mr. Paul Ghanouni Attorney at Law in Canton Georgia. Thank you so very much!!

I couldn't recommend this firm more highly. Communication was top notch, preparation was flawless, and we received a positive outcome in our case. When we went to court, on several occasions, I saw a lot of attorneys and defendants that looked unprepared for court. Not this firm. We always had pre-court meetings so that we knew exactly what to expect every step of the way.
