Nathan has represented individuals accused of criminal offenses ranging from minor speeding tickets to capital murder since 2003. Although the consequences and strategies differ in each case, his approach remains the same. In order for the client-lawyer relationship to be successful, there must actually be a relationship. It must be a relationship where the client feels comfortable and confident that their lawyer truly cares about their case. Secondly, there is no substitute for preparation. There is no consistent way for an attorney to reach the best possible result unless he takes the time and steps necessary to be fully prepared in each and every case. Finally, an attorney must be open to negotiate, but willing and able to aggressively litigate for his client. Nathan uses this approach to reach the best possible result for his clients.

When a received a moving violation in the Cherokee County, NC and the police officer told me that by law you need to be in court in front of the judge. NC Law. I said to myself how am I going to come to NC for this ticket. I received a letter from Nathan Earwood saying that I don't need to go to court and that he will take care of the ticket. I called them and it was the best thing that I did!! He went to court and it was an excellent outcome. I live in Orlando, Florida and Attorney Earwood did a great job!!!! Highly Recommend his practice!!!! If you live in another area of the US and travel to NC and get a ticket the best choice is to contact attorney Earwood. On a scale 1 to 10, I give him a 10!! Great Service. The best thing also that they accept any form of payment, Credit Cards. I paid with my AMEX card and it was easy. They kept me in the loop with the outcome and sent me the final disposition letter and I was very happy. The office staff are great folk Thank You, Wilfred Arias

After receiving my first speeding ticket ever, I contacted the law office of Nathan Earwood. I received an explanation thru an email providing me with my options. I felt confident from the beginning that I had chosen the right attorney to represent me. Not only did he garner me a dismissal but he was able to get it done 2 weeks before my court date. I received a speeding ticket that would have resulted in a reckless driving charge. I contacted Attorney Earwood's office and was assured that they could help me. I'm sure after some intense negotiations, Attorney Earwood got my charges dropped to a non moving violation with no insurance repercussions. Definitely worth every penny.
