Nathan has represented individuals accused of criminal offenses ranging from minor speeding tickets to capital murder since 2003. Although the consequences and strategies differ in each case, his approach remains the same. In order for the client-lawyer relationship to be successful, there must actually be a relationship. It must be a relationship where the client feels comfortable and confident that their lawyer truly cares about their case. Secondly, there is no substitute for preparation. There is no consistent way for an attorney to reach the best possible result unless he takes the time and steps necessary to be fully prepared in each and every case. Finally, an attorney must be open to negotiate, but willing and able to aggressively litigate for his client. Nathan uses this approach to reach the best possible result for his clients.

The law firm of Nathan Earwood is amazing and I would highly recommend it. I praise God for my choosing this firm. I had received letters to represent from 2 other law firms but I was instantly impressed by the Norwood firm....from the initial letter, from the initial conversation with the receptionist , from the emails I received about my case, through final resolution. I was very pleased with the outcome of a reduced traffic violation. Not only was the professionalism noteworthy but also the prices were reasonable. My sincerest thanks to the Law Firm of Nathan Earwood.!!

Lets start from the beginning. From the receptionist who answered my phone call to the my contacts through email, payment, counsel, updates, and conclusion, The service has been great! Everyone I talked to on the phone or by email was very knowledgeable, respectful, and downright classy! I always received a personal phone call followed up by confirmation email of every step. I could not be more pleased and honored to work with all involved. If I was ranking on a scale or 1-10 I think a 12 would be too reserved of a hi score. I feel that everyone will have as great an experience as I did.

I retained Mr. Earwood to represent my son, a college student, on a serious speeding ticket which could have impacted his ability to drive and the cost of his insurance. Although I did not speak with Mr. Earwood directly, I felt confident in retaining him based on the referral of an attorney friend in Franklin and the excellent reviews he received from former clients. As a retired attorney who served as an assistant district attorney, felony court judge and in private practice, I applaud professionalism. Mr. Earwood and his office personnel were faithfully cordial and informative. I would not hesitate to refer a person in need to him.

My son received a traffic violation while heading back to school. Mr. Earwood represented him in court so he didn't have to miss any school or the stress of handling it alone. After receiving an unfortunate (but deserved) out of state speeding ticket on I-40 in NC I was pleased with the service, and excellent communication from Mr. Earwood and his staff. While I wish I had never met them....I was pleased that the service provided went well above my expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend using this attorney if you ever find yourself in the same predicament.
