Nathan has represented individuals accused of criminal offenses ranging from minor speeding tickets to capital murder since 2003. Although the consequences and strategies differ in each case, his approach remains the same. In order for the client-lawyer relationship to be successful, there must actually be a relationship. It must be a relationship where the client feels comfortable and confident that their lawyer truly cares about their case. Secondly, there is no substitute for preparation. There is no consistent way for an attorney to reach the best possible result unless he takes the time and steps necessary to be fully prepared in each and every case. Finally, an attorney must be open to negotiate, but willing and able to aggressively litigate for his client. Nathan uses this approach to reach the best possible result for his clients.

I had to have an attorney appear for me as i live out of state for a traffic violation. And they handled everything with little inconvenience to myself. They were always prompt with a reply via email if i had questions, and went over the options i had. I can not recommend these guys enough! I specifically worked with Ryan Edwards with all my corespondences.

Nathan Earwood was one of 5 letters for legal council I received after getting a speeding ticket in North Carolina outside of Franklin. The other 4 did not return my call or answered and took a message to call back ....and did not ever call again. Nathan Earwood Office team delivered BETTER results than promised And for LESS $$$ than estimated !!! ( your mileage may vary) Save yourself some time, CALL NATHAN EARWOOD FIRST. Much more integrity that the NC State patrol that was writing tickets on a 7% downhill grade.

I never thought that I would get out of the mess I had made. I was terrified. I don't know what made me choose Nathan Earwood, but I am so glad I did. From the first phone call all the way to the end he gave me hope. The girls in the office - Ryan & Corissa were amazing! They always responded to my messages and treated me like family when I called. Never once did they judge me or talk down to me. Mr. Earwood took care of me and helped me every step of the way. The final outcome was exactly what he said it would be. I had a bad speeding ticket and the office of Mr. Earwood handled the whole affair. No points on my drivers license nor my insurance. Can't do better than that. The office staff was always polite and answered any and all of my questions. I would certainly recommend them and use them again if need be.
