DROBNY LAW OFFICES, INC., concentrates its practice exclusively in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Business and Taxation. DROBNY LAW OFFICES, INC. was formed in 1989 by Mark S. Drobny, who had been practicing in these same areas of the law since 1980. DROBNY LAW OFFICES, INC.'s main office is in Sacramento, California and has satellite offices in San Ramon and Stockton. With four Attorneys, five Paralegals and a support staff of four, DROBNY LAW OFFICES, INC. can assist clients in handling the most basic to the most complicated matters in a timely, accurate and cost-efficient manner.

Mark has been a pleasure to work with on both our original 2008 family trust and the 2020 revision. He was personable, highly knowledgeable, and gave clear explanation to all our questions. Hired Attorney Mrs. Terri Easlon

Mrs. Easlon was a joy to work with. She was professional but also personable and friendly which made us feel very comfortable in her presence. She was well organized and efficient having all papers in order ready to be signed and was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining things as we went along and very efficient at expediting the paper signing process for a living trust. In sending documents to her via email, she emails to her, she promptly responded to let us know the documents were received. We couldn't have been any happier with the quality of service she provided.

After attending one of Mark's presentations we were very impressed. We originally worked with him to set up our Trust in 2008 and recently completely revised it. What has always impressed us about Mark is his thorough understanding of wills and trusts and his excellent communication skills on sometimes difficult areas of estate law. Mark had previously help set up an S corp for us. I had him prepare a living trust, will and other documents as part of our estate planning. He was very knowledgeable and explained all aspects to us with examples that made the process very understandable to the lay person. He is the best attorney I have every used.
