Drobny, who had been practicing in these same areas of the law since 1980. DROBNY LAW OFFICES, INC.'s main office is in Sacramento, California and has satellite offices in San Ramon and Stockton. With four Attorneys, five Paralegals and a support staff of four, DROBNY LAW OFFICES, INC. can assist clients in handling the most basic to the most complicated matters in a timely, accurate and cost-efficient manner.

Hired Attorney Anne Rosenthal

Anne was recommended to me by my sister, who heard about Anne from another friend. After Prop 19 passed, it was necessary for us to act quickly in order to beat the enactment deadline. We also used the opportunity to completely update our trust. Anne is incredibly bright, professional, personable, and competent. We were able to complete all of the paper work, which was considerable, within the necessary time frame. It only required 2 office visits. The first was a meeting to determine what would need to be done. The second meeting, 2 weeks later, was to sign all the documents. Anne explained each item in detail (very succinctly as well) prior to signing. Can't say enough good things about Anne Rosenthal.

I viewed a Zoom session on Estate Planning featuring Mark Drobny presented by CapRadio--I had procrastinated for years, but Mark's clear and rational message, combined with his sense of humor and pragmatic, process-oriented approach, got me going. In less than two months, I went from having good intentions while trying to track down all my dispersed records to having a complete Trust, Will, Power of Attorney and Advance Health Care Directive, all in one compact binder and thumbdrive.

Mark Drobny was recommended by one of my family members, who is very meticulous, and particular in a very good sense, in that when she stated, "I have the perfect lawyer who be able to handle your real estate needs, living trust, will. Besides taking care of my needs, he also took care of my children's affairs." That in itself, was a "no brainer" for me to see him. Our process was made a bit complicated with multiple properties, investments, and a number of retirement plans, which was way over our heads. We se up an appt on Zoom to go over our needs, documents were mailed to our house for review, and return. The following appt, we set up an in person appointment, at his immaculate office, every one was super nice. He thoroughly explained what the documents were, before we signed. We weren't rushed, it was like having my favorite sibling take his time, in helping us get EVERY thing in order for the protection, and well-being of our young children. See Mark, he will do right by you.
