Drobny, who had been practicing in these same areas of the law since 1980. DROBNY LAW OFFICES, INC.'s main office is in Sacramento, California and has satellite offices in San Ramon and Stockton. Hired Attorney Anne Rosenthal

We were recommended to Drobny Law Offices by some friends as we were interested in putting together a will and Living Trust. Anne was the representative who called us (we are currently experiencing the Covid pandemic), and she was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, and gracious. The entire process was actually quite painless and considering that we could not go to theIr office due to the pandemic, everything was taken care of in a very efficient manner by her and the staff at Drobny Law Offices. I highly recommend Anne if you ever have a need for a good lawyer.

Hired Attorney Mark S. Drobny

We first used Mark Drobny to establish our trust in 1997 and recently had the entire document amended. Mark has always been easy to work with and he explains the details of how the trust and other estate planning documents work. Mark and everyone in his office that I have worked with are quick to respond and efficient. The fees charged are very reasonable, especially for repeat clients. I would recommend Mark and his firm to anyone who has estate planning needs.

Hired Attorney Anne Rosenthal

We met with Anne to set up Durable Power of Attorney for finances and healthcare, our Wills and to establish and fund our Trust. I am currently the Trustee for my parents affairs and have recently learned the importance of the above estate planning. Additionally, I am learning the importance of having the assistance of a knowledgeable, efficient lawyer in assisting with the duties of a Trustee. Anne Rosenthal has been a pleasure to work with. She and her team are efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. The process was quick and easy. We feel the cost was minimal for the excellent service provided. We wanted to make sure that our daughters will have such assistance when they settle our affairs one day. We feel confident that Anne will provide thorough, competent, and efficient assistance to our daughters in a professional and pleasant manner. I have already recommended Anne for estate planning to several of my friends.

Mark was recommended to me by my financial counselor and he was all that he said he would be. Honest, courteous and very informative. Hired Attorney Mark S. Drobny

We worked with Mark on our living trust 10 years back and he made it easy to consolidate our accounts under the living trust umbrella; in fact, his company does all the work so you just have to sign the document when you go in to review. Small changes can be made via email for no cost. His price for putting together a living trust is on the high side but considering all the work his firm does for you and all the up-to-date knowledge he has, totally worth it!

We chose Mr. Drobny to write our family trust because of recommendations by our financial advisors. At the time, an A/B trust was recommended and implemented. With the changes in the laws, we returned to Mr. Drobny to review and revise our trust. Mr. Drobny helped us to decide on how to best revise our trust and make sure that we had a trust that we understand and are comfortable with. We have consulted with Mr. Drobny and his office several times and have found them to be professional, accurate, responsive and most importantly, understandable! We have referred friends to him in the past and will in the future. Thank you for your help!

Get it done. Upon recommendation we selected Mr. Drobny to do our Trust. Upon meeting Mr. Drobny we knew we had picked the right firm for the job. He is very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Never going over our heads with all the legal jargon. He will have thoughts and questions you may have never considered. Suggest you do some home work before you go in and it will make your experience even better.
