I was wrongfully terminated from a company I was dedicated to without a proper explanation or reason. To add, I was also pregnant and gave birth a month after being let go. They also did not pay me a proper severance and did not want to pay my maternity leave after 11 years. After a lot of research, I found Phillips and Associates. Jonathan Goldhirsch and Michelle Caiola were amazing. They made sure to get all documentation to continue my case while I was giving birth. They were also sensitive to the bonding of my child and did not interrupt unless they had vital information. I could never repay them for their hard-work, dedication and their kindness. Thanks to them I was able to continue a stress-free maternity leave after a high risk pregnancy and received more than anticipated. They both also made themselves available anytime I had a question. I highly recommend both Jonthan Goldhirsch and Michelle Caiola. They are a strong force and will stand with you every step of the way.
