Hired Attorney Mr. Marck K. Joseph Jr.

I retained marck and his firm when I was threatened with going to jail on a contempt order they wrongly but against me for the claim that I sold an asset during my marriage that only belonged to me. As soon as he got on the case he got me back into court within the week and got the order vacated and it saved me over $12,000.00!!! This guy is the real deal and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my case.

Hired Attorney Mr. Marck K. Joseph Jr.

I retained him for help with a contested divorce and paternity issues on two separate cases, it was the best decision to retain him. He handled things with the up most professionalism and absolute understanding of the law. I was very confident in his ability to get me the desired outcome, but also knew I had someone to protect me, my rights and fight for me. He is always available and he sure does have all the patience in the world to explain what you don't understand.

I start by saying that I write this review as a small token of my thanks for Marck Joseph's help. A few years ago, I went through a very messy divorce. During the process I went ahead and hired Marck Joseph. I was honestly worried at first because he was young, but he was referred by someone who I went to church so I put my faith in him. IT WAS A GREAT CHOICE!!! No matter how stressful the litigation got, Marck was calm the entire way, always being objective, not being emotional (in a good way)

Hired Law Firm

I hired Marck for a divorce with very little assets and no debt. His team was quick efficient got me divorce in about 2 months. I didn't stress at all and it was because the joseph firm made it easy.

Hired Attorney Mr. Marck K. Joseph Jr.

I live in Naples and needed an attorney for my case in Miami. my ex husband wanted to modify our parenting plan although he was barely seeing the children when he was required. Mr. Joseph, Esq. took my case to trial at the last minute and was able to get his modification denied.

I had a child support case around 2014 from a man who had not paid child support for most of the child's life. He fought the process the entire way. Not only did we get him to pay, we were able to also get attorney's fees from him. I would definitely recommend him for any case and he gets my seal of approval.
