Hired Attorney Mr. Marck K. Joseph Jr.

When I began my case, I had a different attorney, who would never return my messages and never gave me an idea what was going on with my case. I got fed up and went with Marck Joseph and it was such a great difference. He kept me updated, worked on my case and resolved my case. He was honest and thorough. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

I hired this firm to help me with a petition to relocate to Japan with my daughter. I went on for months without any luck or court hearing. Within about 3 weeks of hiring them, I got an order allowing me to temporarily relocate with her, and then a month later me and the father settled and made it permanent. I really believe that Mr. Joseph and his staff made a difference. His cost is pretty on par with most attorney's at his level, but he gave me a really good payment plan and was reasonable.

I hired Marck to handle my divorce. Instead of going through the fighting, my and my husband agreed on all the issues. Mr. Joseph quickly prepared the paperwork and talked me through the process. It was quick painless and we got divorce in about 6 weeks. Great experience!!!

I first found Mr. Joseph from seeing his billboard ad in the garage at the courthouse. His staff was nice and got me in to speak to him the same day. He gave me great advise and instead of taking advantage of me, he was honest and told me that I didn't need an attorney but some legal advice WHICH WORKED. Now me and my daughter are happy and comfortable.

Mr. Joseph showed alot of patience with my case. It was a very unusual case and he handled everything with exemplary professionalism. My first lawyer quit on me and was completely lost from the beginning until the end. Mr. Joseph took over my case and I could immediately see the change in how my case took a turnaround for the best. He's extremely knowledgeable in family law, and you could see that from the very first consultation.

I hired the joseph firm for my divorce. This attorney got back to me immediately. I was so relieved because I was extremely overwhelmed. I was dealing with a bitter ex, going through my company’s bankruptcy and a death in the family. I could not see the silver lining in my story. That is until The Joseph Firm got back to me. We are in the beginning stages of my case and already, I feel a sense of peace because I know my case is in the right hands. Things are looking much better.
