I retained Joseph years ago when I needed a stalking injunction from my husband. Not only was he stalking my job but would put a tracker on my phone and come by my prpoperties pretending to be doing "things" for me. I felt lost and like I had no options. Thanks to the joseph law firm I was not only able to get a injunction for over a year, but a stay away order and my inevitable divorce from this horrible man.

Mark Joseph was my lawyer for my divorce with 3 children. he was compassionate, intelligent and really helped me during such a difficult time. One of my biggest worries was how my children would be affected throughout all of this. He calmed my worries and got me a great result. I recommend him to everyone!

Mr. Joseph handled me and my husbands uncontested divorce. He explained the process, promptly prepared and filed the paperwork and got us divorce very quickly. I would definitely recommend him

Marck worked on my prenuptial agreement for when I got married. He was organized, direct and really broke down my options and some great perspective of what should or shouldn't be in our agreement. Great service, quick and efficient. If I had to (hope I do not) I would use him again
