The team at Berry Law is extremely easy to work with and has keeps you abreast to the situation throughout the entire process. I worked with David Hoeser, and from the get go he put me at ease and told me he would work toward the goal of getting me 100%. It took just under 2 years, but David and his team took me from 40% to 100% P&T. Thank you again David and team, great job!!
I’m very fortunate to have been recommended to Berry Law Firm. They made every step of the process incredibly easy—from the first phone call to the final outcome. My lawyer, Jacob Fry, kept me informed at every stage, and if there was something I didn’t understand, he took the time to explain it in a way that made sense to me. My biggest concern at the beginning was getting scammed or taken advantage of, but that was never the case. I truly felt like Jacob Fry was on my side and fought for me every step of the way. Thank you again to this great law firm, and especially to Jacob Fry. I recommend them to every vet I know. If you’re on the fence about hiring a lawyer and feeling unsure, I hope this review gives you some reassurance—you’ll be in good hands with Berry Law Firm.
Working with Matthew Bartling was absolutely the best. You can tell he really cares and he is on it. This guy gets it done and is on your side 100% of the time. I cannot say enough great things about this group. I am very thankful for what Matthew has accomplished in my case! Thanks again for all that you do! Thank you, Jason Kusch

Berry Law helped me get the rating that properly reflected my condition after I put in 3 tours as a combat infantryman and Reconnaissance man who deployed to Iraq 3 times and was in the battle of Fallujah. They handled everything for me and helped me along the way and knew everything about the process and asked questions that I didn't think of. They are someone that you want fighting for you. And, they are incredibly reasonable. I would sincerely give them a shot.
I was very happy with the treatment I've got through. Barry law. Especially Deborah Hansel who adjudicated my case. She was open. She always got back to me right away. Address my concerns in every way possible. Is a law firm. I would recommend to any veteran in need.

David Hoeser worked my claim. Professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, and committed. Highly recommend. Thank you God for Mr. Hoeser and his team. I don't have any negative feedback in regards to Mr. Hoeser. Based on the time length and claim process Mr. Hoeser's responses were timely and appropriate. Professional at all times. Thank you.
SETH CHAMBERS AT BERRY LAW GROUP REPRESENTED ME FOR 8 YEARS TO GET ME THE VA BENEFITS I WAS ENTITLED TO. HE AND HIS TEAM MADE THIS PAINFUL PROCESS A LITTLE EASIER. THEY PROVIDED ME WITH DIRECTION AND EXPLAINED MY CASE TO ME EACH STEP OF THE WAY. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE SETH AND BERRY AGAIN.
Reviews
These client and peer reviews are from the Martindale-Avvo Legal Network.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
Ratings and reviews are feedback from people who have either consulted an attorney about an issue (but may not have hired the attorney) or people who hired an attorney as a current or former client and provided their feedback to our sister site, Avvo.com.
