I would like to thank Sean Shepard, The Berry Law Firm and their staff for their help in resolving my VA claim. I have worked on my AO issue for several years and was finally resolved with their help. I was always kept informed of their progress and received several reassuring phone calls. I could not ask for a better representation than Barry Law Firm. I came to Berry Law as a result of what I considered non-interest in helping me by my local VA. This claim process started out fine with my agent, Jean, however, Covid came along and I had to work with Janesville. After Covid my local VA office was staffed with all new agents and I felt they did not want to help. I then went to Janesville and It was my opinion that the staff their felt my claim was a waste of time. After several setbacks I sought outside help and contacted another law firm. I was told, by this law firm, that my claim probably would not be considered by the VA. I then did some research and I chose Berry Law.

Honestly, what can’t I not say about them. I have got so much support from them from the very beginning to the end. The 2 years I’ve been going through my car accident with Carey Collingham, Anna, and Fran, it was a very very long road but along the way you become family in a way. Because I had some struggles that happened with my mom and dad ending up in the hospital and me with my own struggles besides the accident. They respected that and never pushes or rushes me in anyway shape or form. They had patience with me just as much as I had patience with them and the process. There was so much kindness they had that you don’t see in a lot of people these days and the effort they put into someone to make sure they get what they deserve in the end.
