SETH CHAMBERS AT BERRY LAW GROUP REPRESENTED ME FOR 8 YEARS TO GET ME THE VA BENEFITS I WAS ENTITLED TO. HE AND HIS TEAM MADE THIS PAINFUL PROCESS A LITTLE EASIER. THEY PROVIDED ME WITH DIRECTION AND EXPLAINED MY CASE TO ME EACH STEP OF THE WAY. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE SETH AND BERRY AGAIN.

After years of frustration trying to navigate the VA claims process alone, I turned to Berry Law in Lincoln—and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. A coworker recommended them after his great experience, and I quickly saw why. I worked with Krystal Klicko, Angela Kratzer, Gabriella Petit, Isaiah James, and Amanda Gajardo—each one brought compassion, professionalism, and a real understanding of what veterans go through. They guided me through every step, kept me informed, and made sure I felt supported. Thanks to their hard work, I received a 100% VA disability rating. That outcome changed my life—bringing peace of mind, stability, and a deep sense of recognition. I’m incredibly grateful to Berry Law and proud to recommend them to other veterans who need strong, caring representation.
Montana Crow and the Berry Law team provided exceptional assistance with my VA claim. Their expertise in veterans' benefits and thorough approach made a complex process manageable. They carefully reviewed my records, built a strong case, and kept me informed throughout. Their commitment to veterans is evident in every interaction. Thanks to their guidance and advocacy, my claim was successful. I highly recommend Montana and Berry Law to any veteran needing help with their denied VA claims.
I initially received a 10% rating for a service-connected condition and felt it didn’t reflect the severity of my situation. After my appeal was denied and another claim was also denied, I began looking for legal help. Based on reviews, I contacted Attorney Taylor Wikum. Mr. Wikum filed appeals with strong supporting evidence. Over time, my ratings were significantly increased, eventually bringing my combined total to 90%. Throughout the process, both Mr. Wikum and his assistant, Morgan Hansen, were professional, responsive, and supportive. They always kept me informed and treated every question with patience and respect. I’m very grateful for their help and highly recommend them to other veterans navigating the VA system. Thank You Taylor and Morgan for your help and professionalism!
I am involved in the Camp Lejeune water litigation. Through my lawyers regarding that, I was given a contact at Berry Law in order to go through the disabilty process with the VA. They have been wonderful to me throughout the process. Walking me through every step. Specifically, I worked with Deb Hansel. I cannot say enough about Deb. Truly a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable human being. I am so grateful to her and Berry Law. Thank you Deb and Berry Law!!!
I felt like giving up after getting my initial rating. Just to get that far took me 20 years. The VA is very frustrating and it is very easy to get discouraged. I had to spend massive amounts of time researching just to understand a little bit. So rather than give up like I had when I first got out and got my first denial. I decided to find a good law firm. I contacted a few, however Berry Law stood out to me. They are veterans helping veterans, and they care. Krystal Klicko from the Lincoln office took my case and let me say I have never in my life had such a good experience. As of last week she took me from 70% to 100% p&t in less than three years! It's still sinking in for me but what I feel most is pure relief. They always kept me updated, and look I am not a patient man. She and her team answered every dumb email I sent. And there were many, Krystal reached out to me personally when I thought my entire world was crashing down. They will take care of you!
Krystal Klicko has continued to help me with my veterans disability claim. Even when I thought it was all done and over with along came Crystal and informed me that she was able to get my disability even further. If you want help with your disability claims through Berry law, I would suggest going with Krystal

They have been great with my case since day one! Very pleased. At first I had reservations about using an out of state attorney but they made the process simple. They continue to be helpful with any questions I have
Mr. Thomas is extremely attentive with me and my case. He asks questions and follows up to ensure he has the best understanding of my issues. He does well with explaining the plaof actions and follows through with them in an appropriate manner.
Reviews
These client and peer reviews are from the Martindale-Avvo Legal Network.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
