I approached Berry Law Firm in 2017 after trying to add several conditions to my rating. I found Berry Law Firm after an extensive internet search comparing several different agencies and law firms that claimed to help veterans. The fact that they were veterans helping veterans, and they knew the complex VA systems, is what sealed the decision to use them for help on my claims. I worked with Seth and Angela over the years, and they initially had several conditions added to my rating and appealed others that were not either complete or combined with other conditions erroneously. After several appeals and higher-level reviews my rating was finalized at 100% total and permanent and backdated several years to the initial filing. Seth and Angela worked with me and never gave up even when I was ready to. I highly recommend Berry Law Firm to anyone who is having trouble with the VA and complicated claims/rating system. Thank you, Seth, and everyone at Berry Law Firm for sticking with
Berry Law came to assist when no one else would. I've been denied a claim for mental health from the VA over the past year with no service connection. Stephanie was immensely helpful in packaging all the evidence I've shown along with detailed arguments that got me to a second C&P exam which led to me getting the rating I deserve. U I definitely recommend Stephanie and Berry Law to assist you when all seems lost, very professional and will be looking to them for more help in the future.
David Ossian was an outstanding asset in my struggles against the VA medical claim red tape. His knowledge and experience in dealing with the bureaucracy in place and how to overcome it was key in assisting me to get the results that we both knew were possible. He always was available to answer questions and give updates on the process. In fact on a few occasions he helped buoy my resolve at times it was faltering. I strongly recommend his services to anyone seeking assistance with the VA.
Evan was great to work with and always available to answer questions. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and fought hard to make sure I was properly compensated. I will highly recommend Berry Law Firm If I ever know of someone in need of their services.

Sarah Hardy took the fight to the VA for me after years of frustration whereas it seemed they refused to look at my medical records from the VA Hospital Nashville where I was admitted 156 days after release from active duty and spent the next 3 months there with 3 life threatening events.
I can’t explain how much I really appreciate their service. My experience with them was life changing to say the least. I went through a rough time a few years ago hitting rock bottom. Worst moment where everything you can think of went wrong. Lost my job, divorce, car broken into and not drivable. A friend of mine reached out to me told me to contact them. When I did call them it only took a year and a few months for me to go from 0-100% P&T. Throughout the process I had my doubts thinking it would be impossible but every time I thought they were done my rating kept climbing. I showed up to my VA appointments and they just kept increasing my rating. They turned my life around. I bought my first house because of them. Don’t fight this alone. Taylor was there every step of the way for me and made this as easy as possible for me. Thank you Taylor Wikum.
I was recomended to Berry Law Firm from a buddy I deployed with and coincidentally another Marine worked there that we srlerved with. I was hoping this Marines leadership and tenacity had transferred well to his new career and it has. My case was handled professionally and the work was made as easy as it could be on my end. All the steps were explained thoroughly, questions answered, and updates given when possible. Highly recommend for anyone who is trying to obtain VA benefits they've earned.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
