When it became necessary for me to seek representation to assist me with my battle with the VA, The Berry Law Firm was my first choice. I searched online and when I read the history of the Law Firm, how founded, etc. I knew they would fight for me. Number 1 item for me was the fact that the Firm was founded by a veteran for the sole purpose of helping veterans with their struggles with the VA. Mr. David Hoeser contacted me after I completed the online information form. David and Rosario Torres were my main contacts. It was only a short time when I was receiving updates on their efforts. They appealed more than a few times on my primary claim. They also recognized that I was eligible for additional benefits. The entire time the Firm was working for me, I received very timely updates. When I sent emails to Me. Hoeser or Rosario, I would always get a timely response, sometimes even the same day. To summarize, over the course of time, the Firm was able to more ran out of space..

Working with Berry Law helped to win my case. I had filled numerous claims over the years and all where denied. It took the knowledge of the Berry Law team to submit my claim by including the connections to other issues I had while in Service to finally get my claim approved. It took a number of years but they kept me informed! Each time I received letters from the VA they informed me on what I needed to do. The responsiveness of their lawyers is second to none! I highly recommend Berry Law as without them, my case would still be denied!

Krystal Klicko is the epidemy of a professional and would recommend all vets to seek her out for you claims. She is very patient and goes all out at the point of exhaustion to get you at a 100%. She will work through all VA avenues and is very knowledgable of the Berry Law and VA system.
