Seth Chambers, Angela Kratzer, Laura lores, and Melissa Lovrien played a vital part from 2017-2025 in getting me a 100% satisfaction with my final claim status. "RECOMMEND" Seth Chambers knew how to turn up the heat when needed.

I'm a 24-year retired Air Force veteran. I'm a Gulf War vet and served in the Middle East during Operations Southern Watch, Operation Northern Watch, and Operation Shock and Awe. Berry Law provided excellent, professional legal services and was instrumental in my VA claims being approved. My case manager, Katie Domzalski, is simply amazing! What stuck out to me the most was her dogged determination while fighting on my behalf. She made sure I knew exactly where we were in the process, and I understood what step was next and why. She is the embodiment of what a veteran's rights lawyer should be, and I was very fortunate to have her as a case manager. I have already recommended Barry Law to many of my veteran friends who served with me. I do this because I know Barry Law has the knowledge and determination to ensure veterans receive the benifits they've earned and deserve.
For 3 years, I tried navigating the VA claims process myself, starting with an Intent to File in 2015; then filing with a volunteer advocate in 2016 (a nightmare due to misunderstood claims procedure causing a serious issue for my claim); then – after disappointing denials – I turned to Berry Law for help. VA can be a quagmire, but Jason Thomas and his assistants have worked tirelessly for me – providing excellent advice and communication, filing claims, appeals, higher reviews. Thanks to Jason, my service connected monthly benefits have kept increasing - to 80% now. I’m a full decade into this battle, and he’s still pushing forward with me! The Berry firm are knowledgeable veterans, helping veterans – they understand; they’re the best help, and Jason Thomas never has given up! I can't recommend the firm and Jason Thomas highly enough!
With all the VA Law firms to choose from, I hit the jackpot choosing Berry Law. I was stuck at 60% VA rating with denial after denial was ready to give up. I had always heard that hiring a law firm was a waste of money because there are agencies that will help you for free. I used one those military agencies and hit a dead end at 60% as I had mentioned earlier. I decided to use Berry Law as my final attempt to get the rating I truly believed I earned. Jason Gibson and Barry Rodgers were assigned to my case. They retrieved my medical records from the military archives, filed new claims plus all the previously denied claims that the VA said were not service connected. Long story short,I am now rated with a 100% total and permanent VA disability. The Berry Law Firm knows how to get the rating we deserve. Jason and Barry were always quick to answer my questions, whether by email, calls or texts. Without the help of Berry Law and Jason and Barry, I would still be at a 60% rating.
Working with Corrina Bartels and her team, has been the best experience. they were knowledgeable and they listened to what your needs are. I highly recommend Berry law to any Veteran that needs help filing a claim. I had a buddy of mine of this year reach out to them and right away he's already getting benefits he deserves.

They were amazing in assisting with my VA claim. The communication was nothing but phenomenal. I would refer them to anyone of my fellow service members in need of assistance with their VA claims as it can be difficult, and they make easier.

The Berry Law Firm is the best in helping veterans win their VA Disability Claims. The father and son are veterans themselves. They understand veterans and are compassionate towards us during the claims process. They helped me go from 50% to 100% in a short period of time. Even after this they have found where the VA has denied claims which they should has approved and now I am getting all that I deserve. Special thanks to Ms Corrina and her team, they rock in helping veterans.
When it became necessary for me to seek representation to assist me with my battle with the VA, The Berry Law Firm was my first choice. I searched online and when I read the history of the Law Firm, how founded, etc. I knew they would fight for me. Number 1 item for me was the fact that the Firm was founded by a veteran for the sole purpose of helping veterans with their struggles with the VA. Mr. David Hoeser contacted me after I completed the online information form. David and Rosario Torres were my main contacts. It was only a short time when I was receiving updates on their efforts. They appealed more than a few times on my primary claim. They also recognized that I was eligible for additional benefits. The entire time the Firm was working for me, I received very timely updates. When I sent emails to Me. Hoeser or Rosario, I would always get a timely response, sometimes even the same day. To summarize, over the course of time, the Firm was able to more ran out of space..
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
