Thank you so much! You and your staff are the best. Everything you have done for me is greatly appreciated. It makes my life a little more tolerable. Living with what feels like a spider webb covering my body is tough. Thanks again 🙏. Keep up the great work you are doing for us veterans. I'll always be grateful for your support and guidance. I'm also thankful for your dedication and professionalism to the task at hand. Tuesday Metcalf-Holt was most helpful in guiding me through filling the paper work out and explaining the process I needed to follow. Five stars for the professionalism and dedication by Montana Crow and her staff given to all veterans afflicted by AGENT ORANGE the silent killer. Terry Young
Matt Bartling and his team at Berry Law are an amazing resource full of intelligent and talented individuals who work tirelessly to get you what you deserve. I would use them again and would recommend them 100 times over .

My case was very difficult as my service time was 60 years ago during the Vietnam War. I honestly didnt believe I was eligible for disability benefits , but was encouraged by my assigned attorney, Sarah Hardy. Initial claims were denied, but Sarah kept persuing in high level review. After over a year of submissions, success was finally achieved 2 days ago. I was awarded 80% disability. It was an unbelieveable moment. I was very glad to have chosen Berry Law Firm, and their team of experts to guide me through the VA maze. Thank You So Much Sarah!
Stephanie, I am writing you as a very happy veteran. You have taken over my files and have done an amazing job staying on top of my claims requests. You have consistently treated me as your #1 client, responded to my text timely, and always had the answers. If your services are ever needed again I will ask that you are the attorney that works my claims.
Hiring The Berry Law Firm was the best decision I could have made. They worked to get the disability benefits for me that no one else would take the time for because I am not a combat veteran. Jason did a great job.

Berry Law was some of the most patient and understanding group of individuals I’ve leaned on in my life for help. I told them my situation being out of active duty for so long and the VA kept turning me away. I am forever grateful to this amazing group of individuals that now I can get the help and assistance I need for injuries I was never able to afford in the past by myself. If any of my brothers and sisters were ever in need of help dealing with some of their military related injuries I would one hundred percent send my friends and family over to Berry Law for help. Sincerely Big O aka SSG Owens
I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional legal services provided by Berry Law and Montana Crow. Her expertise, dedication, and unwavering support were instrumental in helping me appeal rating decisions made by the VA. From the start, Montana demonstrated a profound understanding of my situation, and the VA disability claim system and helped me to navigate a dauting bureaucratic process. Montana and her team were responsive and helped alleviate the concerns that I had before and during the process. Montana's help and reassurance over a multiyear process resulted in a favorable decision that has helped me win all of my appeals and get my service-related injuries established with the VA and get access to care and benefits after my time in the service. I wholeheartedly recommend Montana and her team at Berry Law to any fellow veterans navigating the VA disability system.
The insurance company tried to take advantage of the fact that I was being very reasonable and also hadn't been through this before, but they went too far with it when they offered such a low amount and I'm so glad that I called Berry Law! Rachel read my case and immediately called me as her child had experienced some of the same things my child experienced. She had such compassion for the situation and took it very seriously when settling with the insurance company. She was an amazing advocate for my son and kept me in the loop with every step. This process has been just that, a process, however it was worth every cent and I’m so so grateful for Rachel and her team because the outcome exceeded my expectations!
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
