Katie D. has a practice in which prior to submitting the Final to VA, she would always have me review the documemt prior to Final submission. Katie D. would always return my calls timely. I was having problems getting my rating with the VA. I used the Omaha office. I choose Berry because I had a friend who used them. Team was professional, polite attentive and really cared about me. I received my 100 Percent rating after being stuck at 90 for years. I won back percentages that were taken away for no reason and I received back pay for an error berry law firm saw. I finally feel as if I have won a battle I fought since 2005.

I am writing this review to highly recommend Berry Law Group. My VA Disability Claim was a complex one and included a 40 year old injury, missing or lost personnel and medical records, degenerative disc disease and multiple secondary conditions. The Berry Law Group legal team led by Thomas Kroh took the time to fully understand my case and along the way, gave me the opportunity to fully vocalize my concerns. At times those concerns were extremely emotional, but his staff listened and responded with a compassionate professionalism that I will never be able to thank them enough for. I began this journey with chronic back pain, lost records and multiple VA Denial Letters. But, thanks to Mr Kroh's years long, tenacious pursuit of justice in this case, I received a 100% Disability Rating and over $200,000 in compensation. This review is full throated and heartfelt. What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
