I know John Berry as our honorary commander for the 50 Mile March in 2023. When I was in my second rear-end accident in February I’d had enough and reached out. Evan Stein reached back to me almost immediately. I asked if this minor accident was even worth their time to pursue and he assured me that it was. We communicated several times, usually with updates on the status of the case and any expectations. The case was resolved probably in record time. Thanks Evan for your concern and caring demeanor. Well done!
Sam did an AMAZING job helping me navigate the VA's cumbersome systems to achieve the proper level of disability compensation. I would STRONGLY recommend Veterans who are having a hard time wading through all the red tape give Berry Law a call.
Carey Collingham at Berry Law is fantastic! He has been incredibly helpful and professional, making my situation feel 100 times less stressful. His hard work and dedication allowed us to achieve our desired outcome. Carey was beyond patient and made sure to keep me involved and updated throughout the entire process which I greatly appreciate. He has done a phenomenal job in aiding me throughout my settlement and I would recommend him to anyone seeking a personal injury attorney. Thank you again!
I tried various consulting services for my VA disability claim and while I did receive some useful information from them, it was not complete. I had been rejected for many of my claims but needed to persist and some of the awards were unreasonably low and denials were just flat wrong. The services I had were not helpful in this at all. So I continued searching and came across Eric Smith at Berry Law. Eric listened carefully to all my concerns and when he was not available his staff was very helpful and addressed my questions. Furthermore he submitted all claims and forms as needed. I could not be happier with the decision and the service.
The staff is Experienced professional team to work with. Excellent Communication always giving me updates as well as asking me for further information required. I felt at ease with this stafff working on my case. I would refer in a second.

Hired Law Firm
Berry Law is AMAZING! David Hoeser and his team, Claire and Rosario, are the best. Berry Law was recommended to me by my brother-in-law and I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone that needs help getting the VA rating they deserve. If you are looking for attorneys that are going to fight for you and make the process very easy and simple for you, look no further than Berry Law.
As a vet, especially combat arms, we have a different point of view. The culture while in the service is to suck it up and drive on and Motrin is handed out like tic-tacs. Once out, the same attitude persists. We just deal with it, until we can't. In 2015 I tried to seek on my own disability benefits and was denied outright without even a C&P exam. I didn't understand and felt betrayed, frustrated, & at a loss. 10 yrs later my wife convinced me to try again, and after some online searches for assistance, I came across Berry Law, it was one of the few that lawfims that highlighted Airborne operations and a slew of the issues I was dealing with as a result, in addition to injuries from a Training MVA while in service. After the intake questionnaire, they got to work. My case manager was Katie D. Throughout the process from initial submissions, C&P exams, & supplemental claims I stayed in constant contact. The information and submissions were relevant and detailed.
After dealing with another firm and feeling like just one more case for them. Was very happy to find Berry Law. They always knew who I was and where my case was. Would recommend their services, knowledgeable in this complex area of law. Gives realistic advice and outcomes. Prompt on communication. Service rate is great. Really is a bargain for what you get in the long term. Always professional!
I found Berry Law by reviews online. My husband has anxiety about legal terms but no issues with Berry Law. The team at Berry Law are very knowledgeable. They communicated continuously throughout the process. All questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. We met our goal with team work! Highly recommend Berry Law!

Reviews
These client and peer reviews are from the Martindale-Avvo Legal Network.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
