Hired Attorney Daniel D. D'Agostino

Dan is a wonderful attorney!!!! He has gone above and beyond in helping with what began as a child support modification that quickly turned into a child custody trial, which has lasted over 2+ years. He never wavered and has always had my children’s best interest at heart, even when he was out of the country with his son he was a phone call away. I could never thank him enough.

Dan and Jackie were always available when I needed them but able to step back when I wanted to handle anything with my ex husband directly. They were mindful of my budget and would offer options to keep my costs down that I could consider. They were the perfect balance of empathetic and professional. Hired Attorney Daniel D. D'Agostino

Mr. D'Agostino successfully brought to a close a protracted child support litigation that was being pursued against me by DSS. In doing so he was required to navigate through the laws and requirements of three states with regard to child support. He eventually prevailed and even managed to obtain legal fees from DSS despite the statutory provision excluding them.
