Mr. Gately has been amazing. He has guided me through the initial phases of my admittedly unique MEB/PEB process with detailed and accurate information. My IDES/PEB process with the Air Force was agonizingly slow and drawn out. The process is not at all transparent and nobody within the DoD appears to have your best interests in mind.
