I retained Mr. Gately for a MEB VA reconsideration request, he was much more knowledgeable and motivated than the ODC Attorney appointed to me by the Air Force. I feel as if the ODC Attorney was overwhelmed with cases and didn’t have the time or interest to personally address my case. Jack worked my case until we won! There were many challenges for which he found clever solutions.
