Hired Law Firm
The Attorney was not very knowledgeable, my case was not resolved. I relieved him of his duty and I had to hire another Attorney for the same case.

In six months time, he has managed to get a settlement thirty six hundred dollars LESS than when we hired Bogin, Munns and Munns. Told us straight out "I'd of been better off never hiring them in the first place." Should of prayed harder. Now we're at a total stand still. Because of Rulon Mumms' problem child Ryan. Is there a lawyer in the house? Not anymore at this firm. Not will do the right for others at least. Where do we go from here Rulon, ready to take the reins or is the captain all done
My case settled almost a year ago in August 2022, they have yet to negotiate the medical bills due? I myself had to call & get the balances for most of my bills and just left a few they should negotiate. They have done nothing I email them and they never respond till days or even weeks later. Communication is terrible even if you call. I regret hiring this firm and truly think it compromised the outcome of my case with lthe ack of communication from them. Wouldn't recommend them at all run, run, away.

I hired Adam to handle a case in which the opposing side was located in Ocala and unfortunately Adam just wasn't the lawyer for my circumstances. What I thought was going to be a fairly easy case took just shy of a year! The lawyers were not talking to each other enough to try and reach resolution unless I, the client, suggested it. The two lawyers would always exchange emails, rather than speak and then follow up with an email. Even in mediation he could not get the mediator (of which he select
A complete fraud, not looking out for your best interest. Just looking to fill their pocket books. Unethical at best, but truly just blatant crooks, looking to steal money from innocent people, with no intention of actually helping them with legal issues. They uncovered countless evidence that the Altamonte Police were corrupt and helping out a friend rather then doing their job and protecting an innocent victim of a crime. Including police body cam footage where the officer, clearly says he is not going allow charges to be pressed because "He knows the guy". Yet so called attorney Christina Hedley refused to present any of that evidence to the judge in court. In fact she barely even said a word in defense. Just let all the statements that she had evidence of being lies, go without even the slightest fight. A criminal without an attorney, made her look like a 8 year old "playing" attorney that had no real knowledge of the law or how a court room works at all.
Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about this. We will not discuss the details of any case in public but we would be happy to discuss your concerns in more detail if you would like to contact us at 407-578-1334.

Horrible unprofessional experience. Do not hire John bolonovich or anyone at this firm . Highly unethical . John did not take the time to understand my case, he violated canon of ethics several times and intentionally damaged my case. The coo Monica is a joke, highly incompetent woman that has no idea what she is doing. She is not trained to handle matters. Waste of $$$$ !!!! Do not use this firm.

I cannot say this strongly enough, do NOT hire this man. He mishandled every aspect of my case and made the probate process an utter nightmare to go through. Don’t let his incompetence rob you of the time you deserve to mourn the passing of your loved one, he made this time in my life even more overwhelming than it already was.

INMHO, They were negligent and shouild have been sued for malpractice. 6 years to complete a simle suit against someone that hit me while I was riding my bike. Over 80k of back surgery required, there was no question of liability yet they apparently filed my case in the back of a cabinet somewhere and after 5 years they finally appointed someone else to handle it and probably just clear it from their files. The story is long and unbelievable. They did almost nothing in 5 years and then when it was time to settle they lied and also took 50% of what I still owed in medical bills claiming they could get the bill reduced by 50%. So they took that 50%. Overall they were not only negligent, they bordered on illegal and their tactics were nothing less than deplorable. The statute of limitations has passed for filing a legal malpractice suit against them. I would have, I should have but I didn't know. I trusted them and they took full advantage of my situation to their benefit. DEPLORABLE!

My wife and I met with Mr. Pilcher at the direction of our Investment Advisor. He "appeared" to be honest and knowledgeable as we discussed the development of a trust for my wife and I. After the initial meeting, and a down payment of $1,600, Mr Pilcher went AWOL. Countless emails went unanswered as time passed. After a final email to him four months later marked URGENT requesting that he respond ASAP went unanswered, I sent an email terminating his services followed up by a phone message that also went unanswered. I have little hope of ever seeing that $1,600 again. He is why attorneys have such a bad reputation. I rated his service as one star because there was nothing any lower.
An absolute nightmare. It took them 6 years just to get to mediation after I was hit by a car while riding a bicycle. 6 years? How is that possible...The drivers liability was never an issue. In mediation they tell me they could get my unpaid medical bills reduced by 50%, they took that 50% from my settlement. What business did they have handling my bills or what kind of settlement has me paying for unpaid medical bills caused by being hit by a Pizza Hut delivery driver? They rarely ever contacted me with information, they changed attorneys handling my case, they did little to nothing and I believe they did nothing till the day of mediation...then handed it to an attorney to finally rid themselves of a case they simply ignored for years. The list goes on, a total joke, unprofessional and in my opinion, unethical excuse for a legal team. I live with permenant injury and handicap for the rest of my life and they did next to nothing for me. I should have fired them long before 6 years.

Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
Ratings and reviews are feedback from people who have either consulted an attorney about an issue (but may not have hired the attorney) or people who hired an attorney as a current or former client and provided their feedback to our sister site, Avvo.com.
