Hired Attorney

Rachel is an A++ lawyer but more importantly she is an exceptional person. She literally walks the extra mile for her clients.I strongly recommend Rachel to anyone. She handled my second divorce. To be honest, after my first divorce, I had a really bad taste for divorce lawyers in general. Well, after having the opportunity to deal with Rachel she completely changed my opinion on this matter. {para}Rachel, you rock !

Attorney Rachel Virk was a life-saver! I attended her free divorce seminar after my husband cheated on me. I was overwhelmed with the prospect of a divorce but Rachel made the entire process easy to deal with. She is extremely professional, sincere, and fair. I have and continue to recommend her to all my friends and clients who have contemplated divorce. Rachel and I keep in touch after 13 years when I used her services.

Hired Attorney

Rachel is a great attorney. She kept me informed and calm throughout this whole emotional process. She is quick to respond and tells you how things are straight. She doesn't force you to make decisions or do things if you are not comfortable and she doesn't bully you or the other attorney. She had a difficult time with my case, in particular my husband's lawyer and she handled it professionally - even when the other attorney didn't. She was also very understanding and flexible with fees.

Spousal Support - Ex provided incorrect I/E. Asked lawyer to obtain a correct I/E six weeks prior, never asked, allowed the Judge to use incorrect I/E. Judge thought Ex had a $400, it was almost $1200. Support dropped from $1200 to $200. Lawyer unprepared, only 4 questions for Ex, witness did not appear because a building was subpoenaed. Prior to Hearing, Ex offered $515 for 4 years, and my lawyer wrote “Ridiculous.”, so I did not consider it. Cost me $25,000, and I lost $1000 in support.

This lady's spousal support was reduced because she signed an Agreement that allowed the support to be modifiable, and the Judge simply found her ex-husband was entitled to retire and stop paying her. The reviewer's information is factually incorrect.
