A relationship between an attorney and client is very much like a marriage. There is need for trust, communications, proficiency, and caring. Attorney Virk is a quality role model for such traits. My legal issues became an intense gut-level, compact two and a half month episode of depositions, litigation, and negotiations. The battery of attorneys from a large well established law firm were formidable. Attorney Virk worked tirelessly to reverse my unwinnable case, and gain positive results.

I received the referral to Ms. Virk from the Federal Government Employee Assistance Program and she was the perfect choice! Rachel's wealth of experience with property settlement & separation were obvious, she explained everything in simple terms and effectively advised me based on my individual situation. It made the process so much less scary, I was able to make decisions I was sure were the right ones for my family. I will recommend her office highly.
