Rachel is outstanding! I’ve been working with her for 6 months on my case and I have so many positive things to say about my experience. I am 100% satisfied with Rachel and would highly recommend her to others. She is by far one of the smartest, most articulate, assertive, and knowledgeable attorneys you will find and I should also add that Rachel actually cares and is passionate about helping her clients fight for their cause.

A relationship between an attorney and client is very much like a marriage. There is need for trust, communications, proficiency, and caring. Attorney Virk is a quality role model for such traits. My legal issues became an intense gut-level, compact two and a half month episode of depositions, litigation, and negotiations. The battery of attorneys from a large well established law firm were formidable. Attorney Virk worked tirelessly to reverse my unwinnable case, and gain positive results.

Rachel saved my family quite literally during my bitter divorce. Rachel was very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. She answered every question and provided me enough information to make intelligent decisions about how to approach a very difficult and very complicated divorce situation. Without Rachel, I am certain that my children and I would not have been able to reach a fair agreement. We will always be grateful. Thank you Rachel and Anita!

I received the referral to Ms. Virk from the Federal Government Employee Assistance Program and she was the perfect choice! Rachel's wealth of experience with property settlement & separation were obvious, she explained everything in simple terms and effectively advised me based on my individual situation. It made the process so much less scary, I was able to make decisions I was sure were the right ones for my family. I will recommend her office highly.

Rachel Virk is an excellent family lawyer who genuinely cares about her clients. She helped me out tremendously with my divorce. I initially thought I had to pay alimony and lose a substantial amount of saving from my accounts. However, after I explained the situation and expressed my concerns to Rachel, she gave me clear advice and a step by step plan for what I needed to do to resolve the issue at the lowest cost and most ethical way. She drafted a comprehensive settlement agreement
