I retained James McKiernan through the recommendation of a friend who had been a client in the past and had a very professional experience. I was rear-ended and trying to deal with the other parties insurance company, it was a nightmare and was getting nowhere. Mr. McKiernan contacted the ins. co and one by one all of my needs were met and my claim was completed, allowing me to put this accident behind me. He is articulate and very aggressive, I would definitely recommend him.

I had a traumatic facial injury. It was hard to deal with it emotionally. But my attorney Caleb did everything so I didn’t have to think about the trauma I went thru. Then it was settled and I can breath. But the trauma never goes away
