My wife and I contacted McKiernan lawyers to get our living trust and asset protection put in play for our peace of mind. We have four kids and we wanted to know they will alway be taken care of according to our wishes no matter what comes. James and his team were extremely helpful and professional, they explained everything along the way and communicated with us every step of the way. This process really made us feel completely protected and prepared for anything that comes our way. While it was very in depth and detailed, James made the process very easy and comfortable. This is my third time working with James McKiernan and his team due to a car accident and I was once again very pleased with the representation. My case manager, Robert was able to get me in to treatment immediately, answered all of my questions and was highly communicative. It is a stressful situation to be in after an accident and I am very happy I had these guys do the work and management for me so that I could focus solely on getting better. It was a huge stress relief. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a fall on a rental property. The injuries kept me out of work, yet the property management company acted like I was at all injured, despite the hospital and doctor reports said otherwise. I tried to talk to the owners who were even more disconcerting than the management co. So a friend recommended the Mckiernan Law Firm. Even thought they were 2 hours away. Santa Barbara vs San Luis Obispo, I called them and their main concern was how I was recovering. The ask for the management co info, the owners info, the list of Drs I have seen and the hospital info. What an amazing change of attitude from the owners. If you are in need of legal advise or seeking a top law firm, this is it. Even their attorney was surprised at the settlement. I found the Mckiernan Law Firm to be a well oiled machine. An awesome experience for me.
