I am very grateful to have Ms Schoenberg representing me in my case. She was very knowledgeable about all the family law questions I had for her. My situation was very complicated and time consuming according to the other lawyers I had spoken to previously, Ms Schoenberg took the time to understand my case and gave me great advice that allowed me to gain custody of my daughter. Thanks to Debra I am now divorced with full custody of my son who is in 1st grade this year. We were able to move on with our lives away from a mentally and physically abusive individual who was taking an enormous toll on our lives. Debra is so solid - she is so reliable and very clear on expectations. She helped me see a clear path on what steps needed to be taken and how honest I needed to be with myself through the process. She is the best in the Bay Area!

I separated late in 2019 - I found myself a bit lost in what direction I should take. Did I need a lawyer right away? We hadn’t taken it to the level of divorce but I didn’t want to be blindsided either. As a stay at home mom I felt that I needed to protect myself - this is where Debra stepped in. She gave me the right information I needed to make smart decisions. Her team was supportive in answering my many many questions - even multiple times. The level of patience and kindness I received was just amazing. I highly recommend this team!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
