Our practice focuses upon representation in the following areas: Social Security Disability, VA Disability Benefits, Estate Planning, Inheritance, Probate, Guardianship and Supplemental Security Income law. The firm handles litigation in these areas in the state and federal court systems.

At Heard & Smith, L.L.P., we believe that legal services should be accessible and affordable. By blending state-of-the-art technology and cost-effective case management, we give our clients comprehensive legal services at the best value. All fees are quoted in advance and details regarding our fees are available on this website. For your convenience, our firm accepts all major credit cards.

The San Antonio offices are conveniently located near the San Antonio International Airport. The office is easily accessible from any part of San Antonio. We are only five minutes from the airport, and offer free parking. The firm's offices are fully accessible to the handicapped.

Awesome law firm. Heard and Smith are polite, sincere, honest, and very efficient in the cases they handle. I was astonished and amazed at the treatment and effectiveness in which Mr. Jones handled my case. I was truly amazed. And another good point about this law firm is they treat their veterans like family. In my opinion this is the best law firm in all of Texas.
