Welcome to the Heard & Smith, L.L.P. website. Our firm specializes in the needs of the elderly and the disabled. Our practice focuses upon representation in the following areas: Social Security Disability, VA Disability Benefits, Estate Planning, Inheritance, Probate, Guardianship and Supplemental Security Income law. The firm handles litigation in these areas in the state and federal court systems.

At Heard & Smith, L.L.P., we believe that legal services should be accessible and affordable. By blending state-of-the-art technology and cost-effective case management, we give our clients comprehensive legal services at the best value. All fees are quoted in advance and details regarding our fees are available on this website. For your convenience, our firm accepts all major credit cards.

The San Antonio offices are conveniently located near the San Antonio International Airport. The office is easily accessible from any part of San Antonio. We are only five minutes from the airport, and offer free parking. The firm's offices are fully accessible to the handicapped.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
