I recently found myself facing felony charges. Mr. Riotto was a lifesaver. I had no idea how to navigate the legal system, and he held my hand and guided me every step of the way. Mr. Riotto and his team kept me informed in terms I could understand, calmed me when I was panicking, and were available to speak with me and answer my questions 24/7. Mr. Riotto was able to get a minor speeding ticket successfully pled down to a Jaywalking violation, keeping the ticket from hitting my insurance or assigning any points. This was a welcome conclusion to a drawn out process (courtesy of the City of Rochester traffic court routinely postponing the case no less than 6 or 7 times). Communication and follow up throughout the entire process was excellent.
