As a US Navy Veteran that served in the Desert Shield Desert Storm War, I have been dealing with several and long-life effects that negatively impact my life and my mental and physical health. After submitting a petition for compensation to the VA most of my disability benefits were denied and then approved for only 10 % disability, after doing my research I came across with Berry Law firm website and decided to contact them, Lawyer Thomas Kroh, and Gabriella helped with my claims, appealing the initial decision, helping and advising me every step of the way, keeping me informed of the process and carefully reviewing every decision made by the VA, not hesitating to go back and appeal a second and a third decision, fighting for me and my case. DON’T HESITATE! The moment the VA started screwing me over I called Barry Law Firm in Lincoln and it was the best decision. TJ Kroh and his team took care of everything and to help me prove to the VA that my conditions were Service connected. In two years, 95% of that waiting on the VA, TJ got me the last 30% I needed to get to 100%. If you’ve ever done VA math, you’ll understand how ridiculously difficult that is! Worth every penny!!!
