Hired Attorney Montana Blu Crow

In April 2021, I had no VA benefits having just been denied benefits by the VA. I knew I needed to appeal but it can be intimidating alone. However, appealing VA cases is one of many things that Berry Law does very well. I was assigned Montana Crow and she knew exactly what to do. I received 50% disability in September 2022 with a couple years back pay. Montana did not let it end there. She appealed and I was recently increased to 70%. The whole process is so much less intimidating when you have a good lawyer on the case. Montana is great and will keep going until you get all the benefits you deserve. I am a happy camper!!

After years of fighting the VA on my own, one of my old Army friends Mike Rager suggested I reach out to Seth Chambers at Berry Law. I thought it was a lost cause until I contacted Seth. Him and his legal assistant Missy were available whenever I had a question and kept me informed every step of the way. They have successfully gotten me service connections for conditions that were previously denied and were able to get me a 90 percent rating so far. I can’t say enough great things about Berry Law, but specifically David Ossian, my Case Manager and USMC Veteran. After years of feeling defeated by the VA, I was absolutely going to give up on my claim. It had been an emotional rollercoaster that I didn’t want to ride anymore. Dave and I sat down at a Marine Corps League event, and I told him of my issues with the VA. I explained that after 3 separate claims and being denied over the years, I just wasn’t up to the fight anymore. My claim was for PTSD/Depression/Anxiety from an unreported MST during my time in the Corps. Dave assured me he understood my apprehension, but asked me to put my trust in him, and Berry Law. He said he and I were going to fight this one last time, and they were going to do the work. They sure did. After what has felt like a lifetime of neglect from the VA, I received the news that my claim was finally at 100% total and permanent. Because of Dave’s hard work it was back dated to 2017. Thank you
