It has been in my experience that requiring the assistance of an attorney is not a fun moment. Working with Shamera Gordon, my paralegal, has been exceptional. She has made this a seamless process by going above and beyond with her personable, respectful, honest and compassionate customer service. She is my Liaison. And, when she doesn’t know something she doesn’t BS- me or drags her feet. She honestly informs me and genuinely does her best to (“do”) obtain the necessary information and ensures I speak directly to the attorney in a timely fashion. She has proactively and diligently maintained open lines of communication and has kept me abreast of pending issues, request, and pertinent dates to mention a few. I truly am grateful for her attention to detail, dedication to her job, and treating me as a person not just as a client (#-$). Her communication and actions with me demonstrates her integrity. Should I need any other legal services: I would not hesitate to use them.
