Hired Attorney Michael Scheid

This attorney helped me so much. He listened to me. He saw that I was telling the truth. I highly recommend him. He is very smart, determined and fair. I believe that he really fought for me regarding my case. He actually helped me and my case was Dismissed.

Hired Attorney Bruce Perry

Bruce was very Direct, with insightful conversation about what we were facing and how we needed to proceed for the best results. He commands his intelligent team of associates with intent, you can not help but feel the passion they have to fight beside him, for you. I highly recommend this family man and his law firm. You just know walking out that you have chosen a team that won't be swayed by politics or positioning; that only the principles of what's right by your rights to law, is the true north that governs this man. Somedays in life throught conversations you come across those who have been seasoned by life and there is no more room in their day to day for wasted words anymore. Bruce is one of those vets. My advice be real, be truthful and don't allow anything to be a blindside do to lack of openly informing them of everything about your case, they will win for you!

This attorney has come a ways over the past few years, and although I feel his trial experience needs improvement, He is well connected with those in the courts and has a good ability to engage in plea bargaining beneficially for his clients.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
