Working with Jessie was wonderful. Nobody is excited to seek out a labor/employment attorney obviously this means there is a very stressful situation going on at work. To call someone for legal advice is also a vulnerable act to take, it is admitting I'm not able to fix my own situation. I was blown away by how kind, compassionate, concerned, and eager Jessie was towards me. It felt so good to be truly listened to and know he was working to fix my situation not just sue and make a bunch of money. Knowing I had him in my corner gave me the confidence and peace of mind to push my employer to eventually resolve my situation. I hope I don't need Phillips and Associates again but I can not recommend them enough! Seriously they were amazing!

I highly recommend Jesse Weinstein and Bryan Arce as lawyers. You won't be disappointed; they made the process very smooth and quick. If you don't understand something they will go over it in great detail to make you understand. What I really enjoyed is that there is no fluff with these lawyers, they are straight to the point and clear.
