Ryan helped me and the co-executor navigate the estate/probate process well. He clearly has a system (and support staff) in place so no step gets overlooked. This was a very lengthy process and expensive, but it wasn't the fault of the lawyers. I would definitely use JacksonWhite again should the need arise.
When my wife died everything was set up to transfer without going through probate. However, one account at one financial institution (I'll keep them anonymous) refused to transfer assets properly which required going through probate. The probate was relatively simple since only a single account was involved. Ryan Hodges and his staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with the process. They get a thumbs up. Now I need to see if the review I left for the unnamed financial institution is still posted.
