We really appreciated working with Jennifer and Katie resolving the probate case on my sister's estate. It was especially challenging for us doing most of it long distance since we live 900 miles away and had to deal with it during the pandemic period. They handled every difficulty thrown their way professionally and responsively. They always offered excellent advice and kept us well informed through the entire process. We are happy to have found them and would recommend them to anyone.

What a blessing to work with Amy B. Van Fossen's office, we had unexpectedly lost our young mom to Covid. She had no living will, and Amy sat down in consultation with us and made us feel like everything was going to be alright. It was one of the worst times in my life, but Jennifer Sanchez and Katie had my back and was available to answer in questions I had with prompt response. Beyond worth their weight in gold. I was able to grieve my mother while they dealt with all the legal stuff. I highly recommend this team and so glad I found them!

This is a mission-driven organization dedicated to their aging clients and their families. We live far from our mother in Florida. Having this team dedicated to her welfare is a great investment in her wellbeing and our peace of mind. Ms. Rachel McLain, Director of Case Management, has been a godsend. She knows elder law, public benefits, care providers, insurance, and the challenges faced by seniors. This, combined with her dedication, effectiveness, and patience, makes her the ideal leader for this critical function. One of the key services we have received from Amy B. van Fossen is the creation of and updating of all documents relating to my mother’s estate. Ms. Tyler Runte carried out the process with efficiency and expertise. At a reasonable cost and in short order, she took a disjunct collection of outdated documents, some of which were not even valid in the State of Florida, and turned them into a complete and coordinated plan and trust that will greatly simplify the process of disposing of the estate when that difficult day arrives. It’s a comfort to my aging mother and a benefit to her family. The settlement of the estate will be substantially simpler, less time-consuming, and less expensive as a result of Ms. Runte’s work.

After my dad passed away at the beginning of the pandemic, I needed help settling his estate. I live outside of Florida and was required to do everything remotely. Mrs. Katie Jackson Stolz and her team were fantastic. Whenever I had a question, I would either call or email and I received the answer I needed promptly. Tyler was very helpful as we started to work through handling the details associated with our mother’s affairs. Tyler was very thorough and knowledgeable when it came to finalizing certain aspects of our mother’s Trust along with other matters outside of the Trust and probate. She was personable, friendly, and very prompt in all her communications and we would highly recommend her.
