Van Fossen, P.A., we focus on helping seniors and their families with estate planning, probate & trust administration, VA & Medicaid planning, guardianship, civil litigation, silver divorce, and case management. Hired Attorney Mrs. Katie Jackson Stolz

Katie Stolz and her entire team were always available to answer any of my questions as they guided me through the probate procedures for my brother's estate. They were always patient, even when I know that I sometimes asked multiple times about my responsibilities as administrator on some parts of the process that didn't sink in the first time they told me. When Mrs. Stolz took a little time off to have a baby, her team of paralegals and secretarial support backed her up flawlessly. I am grateful for their support from the beginning to the end of probate.

I worked with Katie Stolz on the probate of my mother's estate. She was always there to respond quickly to questions and calls. She got things done much quicker than I expected and with the results I needed. She was compassionate and understood what I was going through. Without reservation I would recommend this lawyer and firm.
