Ms. Van Fossen’s office, notably attorney Katie Stolz and Public Benefits Specialist Kathy Smeltz, guided, advised, and supported me and my family through the entire end-to-end process of transitioning my parents from independent living to long term care. This included full, detailed leadership through the Medicaid application and approval process - a process that is both incredibly complex and incredibly difficult to navigate. I would not have been able to navigate this process on my own and am grateful for people like Katie and Kathy who work tirelessly to assist others through these transitions. I highly recommend them, and the entire team I encountered at Amy B Van Fossen’s office, for elder care advice and support.

Katie Stolz is an excellent attorney, she has a keen, sharp knowledge of the Florida Probate system. This is a must when finalizing an estate in Florida. Their estate fees are very reasonable. After hiring this firm, things all fell into place. We had a lawyer prior to this firm that never returned calls and had the worst communication skills. The Law firm of Amy B Van Fossen is top notch and will guide you though the entire process from beginning to end. I only wish they had been the law firm that drafted the will in the first place.
