I use to be a skeptic when I heard fellow Soldiers and Veterans speak negatively about the VA until I experienced it myself. I got hit by a car as a pedestrian crossing the street. Taken by ambulance hor dislocated shoulder, broken nose and lots of bruises. Called Berry Law and was assigned to Evan Stien. Gave him the information, bills and photos. He did the rest and got me the maximum settlement.

I was a Navy Engineman in the early 80’s. I filed a claim with the help of a VSO only to be denied by the VA. My VSO did not know what to do next. I found Berry Law on the internet, and they agreed to take the case. Seth examined the original denied claim. Seth and his team found what was missing from the claim and what was done incorrectly by the VA. They filed the appeal. Seven months later Seth and Angela with Berry Law were able to get me 50% service connected. Very satisfied with the results! Thank you Berry Law.

I began the process of applying for VA benefits after a conversation I had with a few other veterans. My belief, like many others, was that I didn't deserve any benefits because I felt I was unworthy. After 24 years, I submitted my first claim myself and found the process was extremely frustrating and stressful. Next, I went through my county's VSO. This person took advantage of my lack of knowledge about the process and only made the stressful situation worse. Then I met a veteran that referred me to Berry Law and I was introduced to Montana Crow. Her confidence, knowledge, and compassion helped lighten alot of the stress I felt.
