Absolute nightmare- incompetence, zero accountability, no communication nor commitment to his client, this man has no fight nor clue. His para legals are even worse. Flunkie after flunkie - never again will I go near Morgan and Morgan and James Moon - I could have defended myself better than hiring this guy

The worst experience ever when it comes to dealing with my legal representation. You all have been non existent throughout this entire process. When I need guidance or understanding, I've had to just figure it out on my own. I have spoken to Cassandra one time in October. You told me that you would follow up with me in November. You didn't. I have not spoken to you since. I've tried to reach out to you on multiple occasions and was unsuccessful. Madison (Case Manager), i spoke to you January 8th. You where supposed to be getting in touch with travelers insurance in regards to their clients coverage and following up with me. It's two weeks later and still no follow up. I follow up with you instead and my calls go unanswered. This has been a problem since August. No communication what so ever. Madison you tell me to call. When I do, my calls go unanswered. You tell me I can text you, my text go unanswered.

This is me wondering if I should fire my husbands attorneys and do it myself. I'm doing alot of the footwork myself and it seems like they don't know what in the hell they are doing. Communication sucks. It's mainly over texts. Very rarely do we get a call back. I'm the one having to reach out the the insurance company to tell them to pay the claims cause all my attorney seems to be doing is sending communication to the bill collectors to send request for payment back through my medical insurance, which my medical insurance won't pay a dime until the attorney reaches out to them. So what am I paying them for?

They do not want to represent you unless they can make a large amount of money. Their ads are very misleading. Don't call them unless you died and had to be brought back to life or cut you leg off. Never talked to a real person until I called them. I rate them 0

They set unreasonable expectations with there evaluation of my case that the final result fell far short of. I was told litigation wouldn't be necessary but would be consulted if it came to that, less than 6 weeks later they filed litigation, didn't consult me & didn't notify me until more than 2 months after. After which my attorney changed 4 different times with 0 explanation as to why, communication was horrible & the firm was unorganized, repeatedly had to give same documents & statements. I was given a false accounting of out of pocket expenses prior to mediation which I accepted a settlement offer based on & wasnt given accurate accounting until it was time for me to get $ - wouldn't have accepted said offer if I had known the full accurate accounting of costs/expenses incurred. forced to pay $6k for a life care plan that was never completed, provider didn't even contact me until after case was settled. Contingent Attorney fee ended up being greater than what I took home.

If anyone is deciding to choose this firm to help them with anything , don't sign nothing til you receive what's owed to you , I was told by Rebecca and Daniel , lyndsy that part of my settlement money I would receive the other part no problem it's been 2 years now still going at it and apointments are cancelled everytime I turn around another wait or some excuse of why I'm still not gonna get it the lawyers communication is the worst and they got more money then I received i broke my neck when someone drove head on into me at a light i wss on a brace for 9 months this injury has destroyed my enitre life im in pain everyday I got to plan around knowing my day is gonna bring every emotion possible due to this injury and i put all my faith this firm was gona b there for me and help me all this is ridiculous its been hardship after hardship i am owed 50,000 dollars still DONT USE THIE FIRM I CAN PROMISE YOU THINGS WILL NOT B OK

This attorney is a joke! I had to get more information for my case then they did researching. He expected my dr. to lie and because she didnt want to tell him what he wanted then he refused to do any work and wanted to force me to settle. I had several dr. in that office and she was not the one who treated me at the time of the accident the dr. who did had since left the office. I am having and was having back and neck injections and when I asked if he contacted that dr. he was silent. I just felt he did not want to represent my case from the beginning. He never got back to me on the cellphone number that he had given me, and I spoke more to the office then to him. When I finally met with him he gave me a low number to settle I refused and he got upset. I felt I was mistreated from the start. I asked several times of going to trial and he said it would be more. He never showed me my medical records as I asked IDK if he even got them. DO NOT use this office or attorney.

I advise everyone to stay far away from this guy, unless you want some to #$%# you and he won't give you updates and will not have answers for you on your case and his paralegals if they stay more then a day it's amazing .also someone remind him he works for you when he gets hire

My husband T. Belser was in an accident 10/2023 hit by a DeKalb County officer. I wish he had allowed me to research attorneys before choosing this firm. Their main priority is money and settling! If your case requires your attorney to fight for you, I'd advise you to find another firm! Morgan & Morgan and its mirage of lawyers sent my husband to their doctors and specialists, racking up a whopping 71K in medical bills! Then all of a sudden after being his attorneys, they dropped him stating, "your case isn't a case we'd ligate on". EXCUSE ME? Why take on his case to begin with? send him to all these doctors, specialists, and even SURGERY, to tell him a couple days after the operation that the firm doesn't litigate cases like his! His case was the same the day they took on the case! All they saw was the 700K policy limits from the govt insurance company. Seems like the govt
