Kirk T. Bauer began the practice of law in DeLand, Florida, in 1985. He established the law firm of Bauer and Associates in 1992, representing local individuals and businesses. His core beliefs have always been that each client deserves to have an attorney who will give personal attention to the client's cases and will be well prepared. Bauer and Associates is committed to such beliefs and further has a philosophy of providing high quality legal services to its clients on a timely basis and at a reasonable cost. Bauer & Associates were there for me in dealing with the estate of my late father at a time of great sorrow, loss and heartache. They took the heavy burden in contending with the legal processes of probate off my shoulders, and, their costs to do so were sensible. I could then solely focus on mourning the loss of my dad without having to worry about all the legal details or being overcharged for legal serviecs. Also, living out of state, I was concerned that I would not be able to deal with all the back and fourths with the courts, but they took that worry off my plate, too. The paralegal, Jaclyn Barath, sent all of the legal paperwork that needed reviewing, notarizing and/or signing directly to my email. She could not have made the process any more easy for me and I am very grateful! I appreciate that they gave me direction at a time when I had no idea which way to go. I highly reccomend Bauer & Associates to help in addressing your legal concerns; they will be there for you!

Jaclyn was outstanding. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The probate was handled quickly and communication was excellent. All my needs were taken care of with a minimum of involvement required from the 5 heirs involved. I would definitely recommend their services.

As a business owner, I was being threatened with potential litigation over a small hiccup with my business. Attorney Tom Hill handled my issue flawlessly, he was able to resolve the matter outside of the court system and negotiated an agreement that I believe was beneficial for both parties in just a few days time. Tom always kept me informed, was kind, and went above and beyond to take care my issue. I am at peace knowing that attorney Tom Hill handled this to perfection.
