Hired Law Firm
I can’t say enough great things about Berry Law, but specifically David Ossian, my Case Manager and USMC Veteran. After years of feeling defeated by the VA, I was absolutely going to give up on my claim. It had been an emotional rollercoaster that I didn’t want to ride anymore. Dave and I sat down at a Marine Corps League event, and I told him of my issues with the VA. I explained that after 3 separate claims and being denied over the years, I just wasn’t up to the fight anymore. My claim was for PTSD/Depression/Anxiety from an unreported MST during my time in the Corps. Dave assured me he understood my apprehension, but asked me to put my trust in him, and Berry Law. He said he and I were going to fight this one last time, and they were going to do the work. They sure did. After what has felt like a lifetime of neglect from the VA, I received the news that my claim was finally at 100% total and permanent. Because of Dave’s hard work it was back dated to 2017. Thank you
Berry Law Firm was recommended to me by a friend. Mr. Kroh did an outstanding job with getting results for my VA claim. I will recommend this law firm to anyone looking to file a claim or an appeal. I would like to thank Berry Law Firm, Mr. Kroh and Gabriella for working very hard to get the results which I've waitied for a long time to receive.
As a US Navy Veteran that served in the Desert Shield Desert Storm War, I have been dealing with several and long-life effects that negatively impact my life and my mental and physical health. After submitting a petition for compensation to the VA most of my disability benefits were denied and then approved for only 10 % disability, after doing my research I came across with Berry Law firm website and decided to contact them, Lawyer Thomas Kroh, and Gabriella helped with my claims, appealing the initial decision, helping and advising me every step of the way, keeping me informed of the process and carefully reviewing every decision made by the VA, not hesitating to go back and appeal a second and a third decision, fighting for me and my case. I would recommend any fellow veteran in need of expect legal advise to reach out to Berry Law firm they are extremely professional and caring, but most importantly is founded by another fellow veteran. I would rate Berry Law Firm and my team 10 s

Montana has done amazing legal work on my claims and has been such a great support person. Montana was there to encourage me to stay the course when I was feeling defeated by the C&P Exam process. Sign on with Montana, she will take care of you! When I contacted Berry Law and connected with Montana, I was rated at 40%. I now have a 100% TDIU rating.
I came to Berry Law because my VA claim was hitting a wall. Working with Berry Law relieved me of all that dark space I felt like I was confronting in my claim efforts. Now, when I have a question, it gets answered with information that relates to me personally, and that has made all the difference. The team I work with at Berry Law is more than professional—they take time and effort to find me the right answers, and more importantly, positive results. I went from a denied claim to 90% rating, and I still have one claim in progress; which was my original claim that the VA mis-evaluated, and which Berry Law helped to straighten out and fix its trajectory so we are now certain of a positive outcome. In all of this time working with Berry Law, my advocate was a Veteran and it was easy to feel assured that the right person and right team was on my side because he understood my fight. Thank you Berry Law.
DON’T HESITATE! The moment the VA started screwing me over I called Barry Law Firm in Lincoln and it was the best decision. TJ Kroh and his team took care of everything and to help me prove to the VA that my conditions were Service connected. In two years, 95% of that waiting on the VA, TJ got me the last 30% I needed to get to 100%. If you’ve ever done VA math, you’ll understand how ridiculously difficult that is! Worth every penny!!!
Hi, My name is James. I chose Berry Law to increase my VA Disability rating to 100%. I was partnered with Krystal Klicko in Lincoln. Her and her assistant were amazing. Kept me in the loop and helped me to file all the right paperwork. I chose Berry Law based on my own research and reviews I read of their amazing service. They were able to increase my rating to 100% in a short 6 months! Much faster than if I was relying on the VA alone to make this happen. With this increase, my life is set. Not only will I be receiving more compensation per month, but my wife, who has Type 1 Diabetes, will now have good healthcare from TriWest. We cant be any happier with the service and help we got from Berry Law and esp Krystal and her team! Thank you so much!!!!
Working with the Berry law firm, help me with my problems with my benefits. Sarah always kept in contact with me when any decisions was made on my behalf.
Jason was great. He explained the process in detail. He handled all the VA paperwork. He was responsive if I had questions and updated me regularly throughout the process. I cannot recommend him more.
Reviews
These client and peer reviews are from the Martindale-Avvo Legal Network.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
