Stephani Costello was such a wonderful person to deal with and was always on top of everything that had to do with my case. Her expertise in helping veterans was insightful and helpful. Berry Law Firm was one of the firms that I looked at and seemed to be the one that was the best fit for me. I live in Texas and that was not a problem for them to work with me on my VA claims. The fact that they were always on top of my needs and explained what I needed to do was awesome. The whole staff on Stephanie's team were always helpful and easy to communicate with on any problems that would come up. Stephanie and Jennifer were always there and would get back to me promptly which put my mind at ease. The hard work that they put in got me to 100% disabled which ahs made a difference in how I am able to deal with things in my life. I am very thankful for all of their time and effort and would recommend their expertise to any one needing help. Thank you all for all of your help. Sincerely John
Corrina Bartels from Berry Law Firm's offices. I wanted to take a moment to convey how grateful I am for the superb legal counsel you provided in my most recent matter. Your professionalism, knowledge, and continuous commitment to helping me get the best result possible have been very impressive. You displayed an unmatched degree of expertise and skill throughout the entire process, offering solid legal counsel and direction at each stage. You spent the time to fully explain the intricacies of the situation, which helped me comprehend my legal alternatives and possible results.
They were persistent for me; so I would receive the veteran benefits due me from the Veteran Affairs Administration. You can't do it alone. I am so glad I chose Berry Law Firm.
Samantha did an excellent job for me. She was determined and got my disability raised by another 10%. I would highly recommend her!

Hired Law Firm
Working with Seth and his team was/is a great experience. Very knowledgeable in what they do. I also applaud their patience and understanding with me and all of my questions. I will continue to use and reccomend Berry Law Firm.
In April 2021, I had no VA benefits having just been denied benefits by the VA. I knew I needed to appeal but it can be intimidating alone. However, appealing VA cases is one of many things that Berry Law does very well. I was assigned Montana Crow and she knew exactly what to do. I received 50% disability in September 2022 with a couple years back pay. Montana did not let it end there. She appealed and I was recently increased to 70%. The whole process is so much less intimidating when you have a good lawyer on the case. Montana is great and will keep going until you get all the benefits you deserve. I am a happy camper!!
Rachel Collins is an amazing attorney! I was Traumatized from being attacked by a dog. She went beyond to get my case settled so I didn’t have to deal with it. Made it so much easier to recover. She was very professional and I was never left Wondering what was gonna happen she reached out every time something changed. I recommend Rachel to handle your case! She’s awesome!!
After years of fighting the VA on my own, one of my old Army friends Mike Rager suggested I reach out to Seth Chambers at Berry Law. I thought it was a lost cause until I contacted Seth. Him and his legal assistant Missy were available whenever I had a question and kept me informed every step of the way. They have successfully gotten me service connections for conditions that were previously denied and were able to get me a 90 percent rating so far. If you are tired of fighting a losing battle against the VA call Seth at Berry Law!!
Working with Sarah Hardyth was a great experience. She was persistent from beginning to end. I really appreciate what you do for disabled Veterans. I was skeptical at the beginning due to other outfits that are there just to take advantage of Vets. But you with your hard work made me a believer. Thank you very much.
He really did not fail me . I had my doubts but who wouldn't ? Overall , he was determined and fulfilled my desires forsure. Great attorney to be honest, if i were to ever need an attorney again, he would definitely be my #1 choice!! He did everything in his power to make sure my case had justice and it did, i deserved it. As well as he did! Really happy and not disappointed!!! Even gave me advice on other things as well which i liked! He wasn't obligated to but still did.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
Ratings and reviews are feedback from people who have either consulted an attorney about an issue (but may not have hired the attorney) or people who hired an attorney as a current or former client and provided their feedback to our sister site, Avvo.com.
