The best experience!!! Very professional !!! Run don't walk if you walk to Barry Law to get assistance with your VA claim. Each person that I communicated with was very pleasant ,efficient, and professional. I was updated every step along the way. The process was so quick . I filed my claim and in no time the ball was rolling with my appointments. They stayed in contact with me on a regular with emails and texts.
This Lawyer was recommended by a previous client she couldn’t speak highly enough about her so we had a phone interview right away I knew she was the one to go with I was on vacation in Omaha when the accident happened But Rachel stayed on the case working diligently to resolve the settlement stayed in contact through emails calls and text worked tirelessly to get get all medical documentation from multiple places I highly recommend her Rachel has a beautiful personality kind and considerate just all around great experience
Mr. Collingham took our case at the lowest time in our lives. Even with those odds, I always felt valued, respected, heard and kept up to date on the case status I cannot say enough great things about Mr. Collingham's integrity, compassion and honesty. He stands by doing the right thing. Something hard to find in this world. He continues to remain a valued and trusted person I can turn to for advice and has continued to try and help when possible, despite no longer being my attorney. He means what he says and genuinely cares how we are doing in the aftermath of a tradgedy! Thank you Carey and Berry Law for all you have done for me and my family!
David Hoeser with Berry Law made the process of applying for VA disability for my husband easy and painless. The communication during the whole process was outstanding and David and team always kept us up to date on the status of the claim. He was highly recommended by our financial advisor at Allen Capital Group.

After 20 years of red tape and obstruction when I was finally able to get a claim filed the VA sent me 38 pages of denial. No one was willing or able to help and I had given up all hope. Jennifer Collier from Berry Law Firm took my case with limited time to get my appeal in. She showed the VA the error of their ways in just one appeal and I went from zero with no hope on the verge of homelessness to one hundred percent and free from worry. I can't put a price on what she has done for me.
My attorney, Eric Smith, recently won a remand at USCAVC. He went well beyond what any attorney has done in the past. Eric had to sort through some lengthy attachments/files that I sent him early on. He then made sense of an appeal that would be very challenging, complicated, a C-file that was beyond bloated, numerous procedural issues... and managed to revive a claim that was basically DITWA: Dead In The Water. VA Board Of Appeals will have the remand in the not-too-distant future. What they do is anyone's guess. Basically the Board has been a rubber stamp for VA, but I'm optimistic. Thanks to Eric, we're on solid ground. Berry Law helped me with an earlier claim for hearing loss; and now I have a legitimate shot at a retroactive award going back to 1969. No matter what the Board does or, more likely, fails to do... I can't say enough about how compassionate, how professional, how incredibly helpful Eric has been. Berry Law is very good at what they do. Eric is one of the best!
I am very pleased and humbled to say that Jamie Bell really fights for veterans rights no matter how elusive those rights could be. Her hands on experience with veterans are definitely second to none and I would highly recommend her for my fellow veterans for any and all matters dealing with veterans rights and benefits. She was and is a welcome representative for me and I recommend her highly for all veterans. Respectfully Submitted.
Taylor and team did a fantastic job with my VA claim. I had been denied on a few serious issues, and I received prompt and thorough service resulting in a 100% rating. I without a doubt highly recommend Taylor.

I had an outstanding experience working with Berry Law on my VA claims. From the start, their team demonstrated professionalism and dedication. My case manager, Andrew DeLong, and legal assistants like Avery Dorton, Kathleen Warwick, and Angela Kratzer kept me informed at every step, whether it was submitting appeals like Form 0995 and 0996 or guiding me through rating decisions and supplemental claims. They were prompt in answering questions, provided clear instructions, and ensured I understood the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to veterans’ rights gave me confidence throughout. Even billing was transparent and easy to manage online. Berry Law truly cares about veterans, and their expertise helped me secure favorable outcomes. If you need a firm that combines knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine support, I highly recommend Berry Law.
It was stressful, trying to choose the right attorney, but we are glad we made the right choice with Berry Law. Mykaylan took our case, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. She was very kind and understanding of our situation, especially not knowing what we were doing. She took the time to explain to us the process and guided us all the way. She was very responsive, which made the process a lot smoother. I would definitely come back and ask for Mykaylan in the future.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
